I made you a cake with a candle on it, it's got icing on top and it looks so pretty.

The body is very well done, and the shading on the black in particular is excellent. The costume is superbly designed as well. However, it seems that the head is taking away from the overall piece. Try to work on your placement of the cheekbones. You might also want to improve the visibility of the nose, either by more stark shading or by a firmer, more detailed line. The mouth fades a little into the skin as well, which on it's own may not be a bad thing, but in this piece it needs to be a little clearer to make her expression more noticeable. The overall impression the face gives me is one that contrasts unfortunately with the body - it simply seems undetailed. Anyway, good luck with that.
